plastics and cancer
We read that plastic is not healthy, but we continue to use plastic water bottles, we wrap our left overs in it and we send our kids off to school with their sandwiches and snacks zip locked in it. Here are some ideas of what we CAN do….
Eat at least 1 serving a day of cruciferous vegetables to detoxify the body of harmful chemicals and supercharge healthy estrogens to prevent cancer.
Some examples of the cruciferous vegetables include:
- arugula
- bok choy
- broccoli
- brussels sprouts
- cabbage
- cauliflower
- Collard Greens

If none of these vegetables appeal to you, then consider supplementing with Indole-3 Carbinole which is a naturally occurring compound found in cruciferous vegetables. Click Here for more information.
Clinical trials involving human volunteers demonstrate that Indole-3Carbinole has the ability to promote healthy Estrogen metabolism, providing a potential mechanism for breast health support. It has also been shown to support cervical cell health and more recently prostate cell metabolism.
