I went to the Theater this week. Let me be clear – not the movie-theater. Brace yourselves… right here, in the Santa Clarita Valley – in Downtown Newhall – we have Theatre! Think of it as your very own local Off-Broadway for you New Yorkers, or your Off-Loop Scene for you Chicago folks.
Complete with lobby bar, programs, sets and actors and even an intermission. We decided to go on a whim… I heard about the play – and received the Facebook announcements, and then I finally called for tickets. Had we actually done more planning, we would have dined at one of the restaurants on Main Street Newhall and then had a glass of wine at the lobby bar. But we did get to sip delicious coffee and take in the beautiful local art displayed on the lobby walls. A local night out and it was delightful!
What does this have to do with Real Estate in Santa Clarita Valley?
