sick and tired of drug commericials making you think you are sick and tired?

In 2005, pharmaceutical companies in the United States spent $1.19 billion on TV advertising in an attempt to influence the public’s thought process as to which prescription medication to take, and for what problem. A Harvard University study found that every $1 the pharmaceuticalindustry spent on DTCA in 2000 resulted in an additional $4.20 in drug sales. A 2005 report to Congress affirmed that of the 12 leading brand-name drugs with DTCA campaigns, 10 recorded sales in excess of $1 billion annually.  Hmmmmm…so are we really as sick as they want us to believe…or are we just sick and tired!

Funny but Sad music video showing how absurd drug commercials are.

Too Funny, and sad at the same time. I think the Drug Companies should just be called Drug Pushers! Call it a syndrome and there is a pill for it!

I wouldn’t be surprised to see a new drug for those of us that don’t trust drug companies!
