This week I was driving down McBean Parkway with the windows down singing to my favorite driving CD – Billy Joel. Loudly. I noticed the hatchback to my left had its windows down too. But this car had this rather LARGE DOG in the front passenger seat. Such a big dog! I am sure it had the seatbelt on. The dog was so content – out for a drive – tongue to the wind. At a stop light, I hollered to the young driver – ‘when I come back, I want to be your dog.’ We shared a laugh and continued on our day.
