Marlene Bernstein – Editor and Writer

I love the hunt. I am inspired by things for moments at a time and can switch my thoughts in seconds. Creativity motivates me. Finding new places to shop, eat, hang out, visit or check out for this blog, makes me happy. If I could write this blog all day long and not work at my other job, I’d be even happier, but I would be living without my husband and 2 fluffy white dogs if I did that, and that would make me sad, so I will keep working at my other job…but this blog will be my favorite. My in-laws live nearby and can stop by anytime of the day making it difficult for me to work at the computer in my comfy Hawaiian robe, but sometimes I live on the wild side and do it anyway. I appreciate quality friends, quality relationships and my family. I am inspired by the contributing writers in this blog and think that they all have something unique to say that will add to the quality of your day, and that makes me happy too. I have a college degree from ASU in Journalism, I am an award winning cook (twice), I am the step-mother of 2 boys that are in college and I am the wife to my husband Ed, whom I met on an internet dating site in 2001. I was born in Tucson, Arizona. I love and live in Newhall, CA.
